Allows access to floor space and other Telstra exchange building facilities so you can install and operate your own equipment for interconnection with Telstra.

Provides access to Telstra telecommunications transmission towers and associated tower sites including Telstra core network sites and Public Mobile Telephone System sites as defined in Part 5 of Schedule 1 to the Telecommunications Act 1997.
