4G was successfully delivered last year with an improvement to 3G coverage now spanning 1.59 million square kilometres of the Australian landmass. We also published our blackspot site improvements and these are constantly being updated for you and your customers.

We rolled out usage and billing enhancements including Block Charging, allowing your customers to be billed for a block of data such as 1GB. In addition, Data Rollover allows customers to roll unused data over from last month to next month and, finally, Data Bank allows unused data to be banked and used at a later time.

Importantly, we are now providing all this data to you in near real-time so your customers know about their usage and can manage their costs. When your customers travel, you can now offer International Roaming packs and International Calling packs, making their travel communication trouble-free.

Importantly, with all these enhancements to the product, Telstra Wholesale’s Mobile Team has improved the way rate plans are built, so you can provide these features to your customers, faster.
