What next?

Some product features are being phased out by Telstra Wholesale as part of our National Exit, Stop Sale and Regional nbn Disconnections strategies. But don't worry - we're here to help you make an easy transition to a suitable replacement service. Please see below to learn about our recommended replacement service for each feature, or view the links provided to find out more about the exiting process.

Replacement services for PSTN features

Telstra Wholesale has a wide range of available services to replace your end-of-life PSTN features. In some cases where PSTN features are not being directly replaced, we may recommend hardware upgrades that allow you to achieve similar levels of functionality.

  • EasyCall - Telstra Wholesale can provide a second fixed line service to maintain access to multiple voice numbers.
  • Faxstream Enhanced - customers may continue to receive and send faxes on their fax line via a fax machine, however they will not be able to use the features being exited.

Making the switch from PSTN isn’t complicated - but it is important to ensure your customers are protected from disruption. We recommend you explore our “Six Steps to Help Prevent Customer Churn During Technology Migrations”.
