Our customer portal

The Telstra Wholesale Customer Portal (TWCP) provides our customers with a secure central point of access to ordering, billing and assurance applications, online tools, announcements and business documentation via a single sign-in.

Along with features such as shared documents, outage notifications and web forms, the TWCP also provides our customers with access to LinxOnline systems.

The TWCP has been progressively released to Telstra Wholesale customers from 30 March 2011 and is now available to all customers.
