As a Telstra Wholesale customer you can access and manage your accounts easily using LinxOnline, our online customer service tool. Available 24 x 7, it means you can manage your account with us when it’s convenient for you.
LinxOnline Ordering (LOLO)
Place and track orders for products and solutions using our secure online ordering system, LinxOnline Ordering (LOLO).
With LOLO you can place orders and create, track, monitor and change requests for voice, DSL or data services electronically. For example, you can add multiple new number services, change a service number or directory entry, order data products, or cancel or configure spectrum-sharing services.
LinxOnline Ordering (LOLO) covers fixed line, DSL and other data products and is available for most residential and
business customers.
LinxOnline Mobiles (LOLM)
If you are a mobile service provider, you can order our mobile services through LinxOnline Mobiles (LOLM) including entering and processing requests for activation, deactivation and modifications for GSM services.
There are some Telstra Wholesale products and solutions which cannot currently be ordered through our online applications. To find out how to order these products and solutions, ask a Telstra Wholesale business

If you’re a customer and don’t have access to online ordering, contact your account manager or business operations manager to find out if online ordering will suit your business needs.
Training and support
Once you’ve registered for LOLO on the Telstra Wholesale Customer Portal you can access online training, user guides and support materials, and a LOLO help desk for queries during business hours.
