As a Telstra Wholesale customer you have access to our customer portal – our one-stop customer operational support resource. Through the self-service tools and applications on the customer portal, you can place and track orders, manage your accounts and report faults when it’s convenient for you - removing the need for manual processing.
We're also continuing to simplify the way in which you deal with us to help improve your operational efficiency. Already over 85 percent of our customer order processing is automated.
Currently, we process over 9 million service qualifications online every year and our 24-hour self-service ordering capability allows over 3 million customer orders to be submitted online every year. We will continue to set new service benchmarks, currently we action more than 98 per cent of all customer orders on the same day they are received.
