The Business Operations team manages your operational relationship with us.  Business Operations managers work with you to manage provisioning, billing and service assurance processes, ensuring systems are automated appropriately to maximise your productivity. Your Telstra Wholesale business operations manager makes sure your products and services are delivered on time and on budget. He or she will coordinate operational interfaces, set up requirements, provide information on Telstra Wholesale processes and handle day-to-day operational escalations.

Billing
