If you are a reseller Telstra Wholesale's suite of resale products allow you to enhance your product offerings by reselling reliable telecommunications to your customers.
With voice and data networks built and maintained by Telstra, our resale products enable you to design competitive packages without the cost of product development or major capital investment in network infrastructure.
Our resale suite of products includes:
Calling Number Display (CND) allows end users to see the telephone number of incoming calls on the screen of their phone (or unit attached to their phone). CND equipment can also store the date and time of a call and the phone numbers of callers who hang up without leaving a message.
Details of obligations on carriers and carriage service providers can be found in the Australian Communications Industry Forum codes. Resellers can find more information about Telstra CND in Our Customer Terms under the Basic Telephone Service Section.
Calling Line Identification (CLI)
Calling line identification (CLI) is information that is sent through the Telstra network when a call is made. CLI includes the telephone number of the calling party. CLI will be sent from all exchange areas in Australia. If the calling party has not asked for CLI to be blocked, a called party with Calling Number Display (CND) enabled and with appropriate display equipment is able to see the calling party telephone number. For calls from overseas, the calling party’s CLI is not able to be seen.
More information on Telstra CLI can be found in Our Customer Terms.
CPE handset returns
Our resellers can now view a list of authorised CPE handset return locations for when an end-user no longer wishes to rent a handset from Telstra Wholesale, and would like to identify the most convenient return location. Many post offices and Tshops participate in the CPE return process.
