Local Carriage Service

Local Carriage Service (LCS) is a wholesale end-to-end local call service. It carries telephone calls from your equipment at the end user's premises to your equipment at another end user's premises in the same
standard zone.*

With LCS, you can provide untimed local calls to end users under your own brand using Telstra's Public Switched Telephone Network (PTSN) under a rebill arrangement.

* LCS does not include services where the carrier service supply originates from exchanges in the CBD areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth.
