Basic Access

Basic Access enables you to resell a wide range of Telstra services under your own brand including untimed local calls, long distance calls, inbound voice services and voice messaging services.

Basic Access connects your customer's business or home line from a network boundary to a Telstra local phone exchange.

Customers can choose either a Home Access plan (for residential end customers) or a Business Access plan (for business end customers) for each basic access or basic telephone service.
