Previously, Stuart was Executive Director of the Telstra Program Office reporting to the CEO. In this role he was responsible for tracking and driving key elements of Telstra's overall Transformation program (approximately $12B in capex over 5 years), and, with the CFO, planning and managing Telstra's overall annual capital budget.
Stuart has over 40 years’ experience with Telstra and its predecessor organisations after starting as a cadet engineer. An executive since 1987, and first appointed Managing Director in 1996, Stuart has held a variety of executive and senior roles across products, engineering, billing, marketing, IT, international, procurement, and operations.
Stuart is a Telstra nominee director on the joint venture boards of Reach (based in Hong Kong), 3GIS, and 1300Australia, and has served on other local and international boards.
Stuart holds Bachelor degrees in Engineering (Electrical) and Commerce from the University of Melbourne and was recently included in the 2011 Engineers Australia list of the country’s 100 most influential engineers.
As head of sales for Telstra Wholesale, Glenn brings a wealth of experience, energy and commitment to his role. He has 20 years of management and sales experience within the telecommunications industry, the last 5 years in Wholesale.
His previous roles include Director of Data Sales, Director Australia/NZ for REACH, and head of sales for international carrier business in Telstra. Glenn's team is dedicated to meeting our customers' business needs and building strong relationships to meet their goals.
Di is responsible for Telstra Wholesale's Customer Service and Satisfaction program which aims to continually improve the quality of service provided to our wholesale customers. Di is responsible for the Sales Operations, Commercial Management and Billing Strategy teams to ensure alignment with Wholesale’s customer satisfaction program.
Di has more than 18 years experience in the telecommunications industry. She joined Telstra's Enterprise and Government division in 2001, before moving to Telstra Wholesale's Sales team in 2004. Prior to that, she held various management roles with Optus and Ericsson.
Terry is responsible for presenting Telstra Wholesale’s capabilities to the market. Terry manages the Product, Business Planning, Industry Engagement, Internal and Customer Communications and Marketing teams to deliver consistent solutions for our customers.
Terry joined Telstra Wholesale in January 2010 and has more than 20 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Telstra Wholesale, Terry spent nine years working overseas holding various regional and global roles for Hewlett Packard and SAP.
